She holds professional certifications in Organizational Development and Transformational Leadership, and has led curriculum innovation, academic restructuring, and gender equity initiatives at the highest levels. As Dean, Director, and Board Member, she has influenced policy, improved institutional structures, and secured major funding, including €50,000 from GIZ and 100 computers from MTN Foundation. Her work is grounded in inclusivity, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to excellence in education and team empowerment.

Gifty Ohenewaa is a dynamic HR leader with two decades of experience in public sector human resource management, particularly within Ghana's health service. A Chartered Human Resource Management Practitioner (CIHRM), she brings deep expertise in HR strategy, policy development, recruitment, and organizational transformation. She has successfully led HR planning and workforce optimization efforts across multiple regions, advised on labour compliance and gender equity, and mentored future leaders in the sector. Gifty has also championed ethical practices, implemented succession frameworks, and improved HR information systems at scale.

Ernest Kweku Nanor is a dynamic leader with proven expertise in human resource management, school administration, and strategic leadership. As Founder and Executive Director of NEK Pinnacle Expert Services and Head Teacher of Kidstars Christian Academy, he blends visionary leadership with hands-on execution to drive growth in both educational and corporate spaces. He has led high-impact training workshops, overseen curriculum and staff development, and provided HR consultancy services across organizations. Ernest also serves as Finance Chairman for Starlight Foundation and a Deacon at The Church of Pentecost – PIWC Sunyani. An author and public speaker, his work empowers youth and professionals alike through mentorship, faith-based initiatives, and leadership development.
